The term coined by the infamous BBC Radio 1 DJ Fabio describes a sound of drum & bass that fuses elements of soul, old school funk, jazz & house. It was this musical quality which gave drum & bass back its sex appeal. The warm analogue sounds, vocals & luscious beats at a smoother tempo have attracted many people from outside the scene as well as have become a REMEDY for drum & bass fans who have grown tired of the harder styles. And this was the motivation behind Liquid Recreation.
